RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlin-
game, California, that it does hereby accept that certain ease-
ment deed dated September 17, 1971, executed by AIRPORT PROPERTIES,
INC., a corporation, and that the same be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, California.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify
that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a re-
