AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELEASE AND COVENANT
NOT TO SUE - HERSEY PRODUCTS, INC., UNITED
STATES DISTRICT COURT, NORTHERN DISTRICT OF
CALIFORNIA - NO. C-50284 - GHB
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu
of the release and covenant not to sue cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
sign said release and covenant not to sue for and on behalf of
City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature. C

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th day of
October, 1971, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup, Crosby, Mangini, Martin.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Johnson.
