A RESOLUTION FIXING TIMr AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PARTIAL REASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING NOTICE
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the.City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution Directing Partial Reassess-
ment., adopted by this Council on November 6 _, 1972, the
Engineer of Work has filed or is about to file with this Council
a partial reassessment, together with a diagram thereto attached,
of portions of Assessment Nos. 23, 24 and 25, which were formerly
assessed under Resolution of Intention No. 60-67, adopted by said
Council on November 6, 1967; and which portions were subsequently
amended into various parcels designated Diagram and Assessment
Nos. 23-B, 23-C, 24-A, 24-B, 24-D, 24-E, 24-F,. 24-G, 24-H, 24--I,
214-J, 25-A, 25-B, 25-C, 25-F, 25-G, 25-H, 25-I, 25-J;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Monday, the 4th day
of December , 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in
the Council Chamber, City Hall, Burlingame, California, be, and
the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place of hearing said
partial reassessment before said Council.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of this City shall
advertise the time of such hearing before this Council by publish-
ing a notice thereof once a week for two weeks in the Burlingame
Advance -Star, a newspaper published and circulated in said City and
hereby designated for that purpose, and by posting a notice thereof
on or near the Council Chamber, the first publication to be had at
least twenty days prior to said hearing date, and said postin to
be completed at least five days prior to the hearing fixed herein,
IT IS PURTIER ORDERED, that the City Clerk shall also mail
notice of said hearing, postage prepaid, to all persons owning
real.property proposed to be reassessed, whose names appear on
the last equalized assessment roll or as known to the Clerk, said
mailing to be at least fifteen days prior to the date fixed for
said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 6th day of November , 1972,
by the following vote:
