RESOLUTION NO. 73-•72
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PARTIAL REASSESSMENT
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with
the Ci ;:- Clerk of the City of Burlingame pursuant to Resolution of
Intent -on No. 60-67 adopted by said Council on November 6, 1967,
and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on February 73
1968, recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of
said City on February 8, 1968, and notice of assessment recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo on
February 13, 1968;
WHEREAS, in the opinion of this Council, the assessments and
portions thereof identified in Exhibit "A" hereto attached and
incorporated herein by reference, are void and unenforceable and
not effective through the curative provisions in relation thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the Engineer of Work be, and he is hereby directed
to prepare a partial reassessment as to said parcels and portions
thereof, by reassessing upon and against each of the leasehold
interests in said parcels of land created by the State of Cali-
fornia State Lands Commission Leases identified by Public Resources
Code Series Lease numbers set forth in said Exhibit "A", respec-
tively, the benefits derived and to be derived by each of said
leasehold interests from the work estimated as of the date of
filing the original assessment in the office of. the City Clerk.
2. That no bonds be called and no bonds be issued in con-
junction with this partial reassessment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 6th day of November , 19 72 ,
by the following vote:
