A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram were made and filed with City Clerk of said City, all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 60-67 adopted by the City Council of said City on November 6, 1967, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 19135 and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on February 73 1968 and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City on February 8, 1968; and WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued pur- suant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That the Engineer of Work shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so divided, .said parcels being designated Assessment Nos. 24-A, 24-B, 25-A and 25-B. 2.. That the unpaid installments of said original assess- ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with.the benefits to the several parts of the original lots or parcels, and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of the original lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assess- ments upon said original lots or parcels of land. 3. That Monday, the afh day of December 5 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, Burlingame, California, be, and the same are hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said , Council. 4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in said City, the first publication being not less than fift2en days before said hearing.
