RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE AND
ABANDON PORTIONS OF WIRE CLEARANCE AND PUBLIC
UTILITIES EASEMENTS IN LOT 39, BLOCK 5, AND
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT IN LOTS 1 THROUGH 6,
INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 5, EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT NO. 2, BURLINGAME. SAN MATEO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
1. That the public interest and convenience require and
that it is the intention of said Council to vacate, abandon and
close portions of a certain wire clearance easement and two public
utility easements, all of which portions of said easements are
situated in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and are particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto, incorporated herein and made a part of this resolution by
reference.
2. For a particular description of the portions of ease -
meets to be vacated hereunder, reference is hereby made to that
certain map or plan on file in the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Burlingame, entitled, "VACATION OF WIRE CLEARANCE AND
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS, LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 AND LOT 39, BLOCK 5,
EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL Pi1RK, UNIT NO. 211.
3. That the City Council hereby elects to proceed under
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law, §§50430 through 50445
of the Government Code of the State of California.
4. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 7th day
of April , 1969, at 8 o'clock P.M., at the
Council Chambers of the City Council in the City Hall, in the City
of Burlingame, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing
of persons interested in the proposed vacation of said portions of
said easements.
5. The Clerk of said City shall cause this resolution tc
be published once in the Advance -Star, a newspaper of general

circulation published and circulated in said City, which said news-
paper is hereby designated for that purpose.
6. The City Engineer of said City shall cause to be
posted conspicuously along the lines of each of said portions of
said easements proposed to be vacated, Notices of Easement Vaca-
tion. The notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart
and at least three (3) such notices stating the time and place of
hearing and the passage of this resolution shall be posted.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame
do hereby certify that the foregoing -resolution was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of
March 1969, and adopted thereafter by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby -George -Johnson -Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen: None.

(PARCEL 1: Public Utility Easement
So much of that certain 10-foot wide public utilities
easement designated "P.U.E." and being the rear or Southwesterly
10 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Block 5, as shown on the
map entitled: "EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2
BURLINGAiME. SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in
the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of
California, on August 3, 1959, in Book 52 of Maps at pages 4, 5,
and 6, as lies between the Southeasterly line of Stanton Road as
shown on said map, and a line parallel with the Southeasterly line
of said Lot 6 and distant 10 feet, measured at right angles, North-
westerly from said Southeasterly line of Lot 6.
PARCEL 2: Public Utility Easement
So much of that certain 5-foot wide public utilities
easement designed "P.U.E." and being the Northeasterly 5 feet of
Lot 39 in Block 5, as shown on the map entitled: "EAST MILLSDALE
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2 BURLINGAME, SAN MATEO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, State of California, on August 3, 1959, in
Book 52 of Maps at pages 4, 5 and 6, as lies between the South-
easterly line of Stanton Road as shown on said map, and a line
parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 39 and distant
10 feet, measured at right angles, Northwesterly from said South-
easterly line of Lot 39.
PARCEL 3: Wire Clearance Easement
So much of that certain 5-foot wide wire clearance ease -
meat designated "W.C.E.or and being the Southwesterly 5 fees of the
Northeasterly 10 feet of Lot 39 in Block 5 as shown on the map

entitled: "EAST MILLSDALE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2 BURLINGAME.
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office of
the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on
August 3, 1959, in Book 52 of Maps at pages 4, 5 and 6, as lies
between the Southeasterly line of Stanton Road as shown on said
map, and a line parallel with the Southeasterly line of said Lot 39
and distant 10 feet, measured at right angles, Northwesterly from
said Southeasterly line of Lot 39.
