HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 071-1973RESOLUTION NO. 71-73 ACCEPTING ADDITIONS TO FIRE STATION NO. 3 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that: 1. ALBERT W. KAHL, Architect, has certified that the work done by THORNTON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated May 8, 1973, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to his satisfaction, and the Building Inspector, Director of Public Works and City Manager have recommended acceptance of the work. 2. Said work is particularly described as construction of additions and alterations to Fire Station No. 3 located at 1399 Rollins Road, Burlingame, California. 3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted. 4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law. Mayor I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was - 1 - introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of September , 1973, and adopted thereafter by the following vote: (AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Crosby-Cusick-Mangini-Martin INOES: COUNCILMEN: none IABSENT: COUNCILMEN: none City Clerk - 2 -
