ACCEPTING WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
JOB NO.''72-3
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said City have certified that the work done by FAIRLEY
CONSTRUCTORS, a corporation, under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame dated February 24 , 1972, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as approximately
7,740 linear feet of water main construction and appurtenant work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple-
tion thereof as required by law.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
2nd day of October , 1972, and adopted thereafter
