RESOLUTION NO. 20 -70
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING ENGINEER
TO FILE NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
BAYSIDE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT No. 4
SCHEDULE II
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work of said City has filed with the
City Clerk of this City his Engineer's Certificate as to the comple-
tion of all of the work provided to be done as to Items 1 through 8
of Schedule II, in Bayside Improvement District No. 4 under and pur-
suant to the Agreement by and between the City of Burlingame and Anza
Pacific Corp., dated October 6, 1969; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that said
work under said Agreement has been fully completed and done as pro-
vided in said Agreement and the plans and specifications therein
referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it is
hereby made and ordered.
2. That the City Engineer is directed to execute and file for
record with the County Recorder of San Mateo County, Notice of Accept-
ance of Completion thereof, as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the
16th day of March , 1970, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen:
Amstrup-Crosby-Johnson-Martin.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
