PROVIDING FOR THE REMOVAL
OF COMMISSIONERS FOR NON- ATTENDANCE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of Burlingame,
California:
1. I£ a member of any board or commission absents
himself without permission of the board or commission of which
he is a member for more than one-third (1/3) of the regular
meetings held by such board or commission during any calendar
year, his office becomes vacant from the last regular meeting
he attended and shall be filled as any other vacancy.
2. In the event of any such vacancy, the board or
commission may recommend the reappointment of any such member to
fill such vacancy. The City Council shall consider any such
recommendation in filling such vacancy.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
Fifth day of September , 1972, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
