ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM: THE FIDELITY MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a corpora-
tion
DATED: October 22, 1968
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant Deed
dated October 22, 1968, executed by THE FIDELITY MUTUAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation, and that the same be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
State of California.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of February 1969, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
