INCREASING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, Section 3.04.060 of the Municipal Code of the
City of Burlingame provides that the City Manager shall receive
such compensation as the City Council shall from time to time
determine and fix by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 67-70 entitled "Increasing the
Compensation of the City Manager" adopted July 6, 1971,
fixed the compensation of the City Manager at $1,975 per month;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT,
1. Resolution No. 67-70 entitled "Increasing the Compen-
sation of the City Manager" adopted July 6, 1970, be and the
same is hereby rescinded;
2. The compensation of the City Manager of the City of
Burlingame, be, and it is hereby fixed at $2,675 for the month
of July, 1971, and $2,113 thereafter.

foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 21st day of June 1971,
and adopted thereafter by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen Amstrup, Crosby, Johnson, Mangini,
Noes: Councilmen None.
