A RESOLUTION FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE
CITY CLERK FOR SPECIAL SERVICES.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that in addition to the duties prescribed by law and
by ordinance, the City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to perform the functions and fulfil the duties of City
Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the Planning Commission;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that Resolution No. 65-70 entitled,
"A Resolution Fixing the Compensation of the City Clerk for
Special Services," adopted July 6, 1970, be, and the same is
hereby rescinded;
RESOLVED, FURTHER, the the City Clerk shall receive for the
foregoing duties the sum of $626.00 per month for July, 1971, and
$258.00 per month thereafter.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council, held on the 21st day of June
1971, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Amstrup, Crosby, Johnson, Mangini.
Noes: Councilmen: Martin.
Absent Councilmen: None.
