ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that it does hereby accept that certain Grant of
Easement dated F'EBRUARY 3, 1970, and executed by
KATHLEEN MYRA DORE, also known as KATHLEEN M. DORE, a widow, and
that the same be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, California.

I. Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
adjourned
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regula* meeting of t
City Council held on the Ath _day of February , 1970, and
adopted thereafter by the following vote:
