ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION
VICTORIA PARK IMPROVEMENTS
JOB NO. 71-3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work done by ANZA PACIFIC CORP.,
a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated March 16 , 1971, has been completed in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council
therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as installation
construction of approximately 7,070 square feet of basketball
2,400 square feet + of asphalt concrete walkway, 294 linear feet o:
6' chainlink fence and appurtenant work at Victoria Park in the
City of Burlingame.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion
thereof as required by law.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of
June, 1971, and adopted thereafter by the following vote.

The above subject project was awarded to con-
tractor Anza Pacific Corporation on March 15, 1971 by
Resolution No. 14-71.
This project has now been completed meeting
all requirements of the specifications. Therefore, it
is requested that it be formally accepted by resolution
at the next Council Meeting to be held on June 7, 1971.
