ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONS
TO FIRE STATION NO. 3
RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. ALBERT W. KAHL, architect, has certified that the
construction done by DYAL STONE, an individual doing business under
the name and style of DYAL STONE & ASSOCIATES, under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame, dated July 6 , 1970,
has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract
and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared and
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of said
architect.
2. Said construction consisted of the construction of
additions and alterations to Fire Station No. 3, and all appurten-
ant work.

construction be and the
same is hereby
accepted
4.
The
Director of Public Works
is directed to
execute
and file for record with the County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, a notice of completion thereof as required by law.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlin-
game, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th
day of May , 1971, and adopted thereafter by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup, Crosby, Johnson, Mangini, Martin.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
