HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 006-1973RESOLUTION NO. 6 - 73 ACCEPTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM PARK ROAD AND HOWARD AVENUE JOB NO. 72-8 - S.S. 140 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that: 1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said City have certified that the work done by ROSENDIN ELECTRIC, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated June 20, 1972, has been com- pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 2. Said work is particularly described as installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of Park Road and Howard Avenue, public streets in the City of Burlingame, including loop controller, loop detector, and other appurtenances. 3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted. 4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple- tion thereof as required by law. I, HERBERT K.
