AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES - BURLINGAME-MILLBRAE CENTRAL BAY OUTFALL SYSTEM
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the agreement cited in the title above.
2, The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.
4. This resolution shall become operative upon approv-
al and execution of said agreement by and on behalf of the City
Council of the City of Millbrae.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of July, 1972, and adopted thereafter by the following

RESOLUTION NO. 72-72
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND JENKS S ADAMSON,
AND DESIGNATING THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AS THE CENTRAL AGENCY FOR THE BURLINGAME-
MILLBRAE CENTRAL BAY OUTFALL SYSTEM PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Millbrae, County of San Mateo,
State of California, that
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Millbrae and the City of Burlingame,
respectively, have determined to construct and operate a project designated as the
Burlingame -Millbrae Central Bay Outfall System, herein called the Project, and in
connection therewith must designate a Central Agency under the procedures of the
Clean Water Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Millbrae has,read and considered that
certain Agreement between the City of Burlingame and Jenks B Adamson, a corporation,
for the performance of engineering services in connection with the Project, the execut-
.
ion of which Agreement was approved by the City Council of the City of Burlingame on
July 3, 1972 by adoption of its Resolution No. 47-72, but which Agreement shall not
be binding until consented to by the City of Millbrae,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows:
1. Public interest and convenience require the undertaking of the Project, the
designation of the City of Burlingame as the Central Agency, and the approval and
consent to the Agreement described herein.
2. The City of Burlingame is hereby designated as the Central Agency under the
procedures of the Clean Water Grant Program for the Project.
3. The City of Millbrae hereby consents to the execution on its behalf of an
agreement entitled "Agreement For Engineering Services Burlingame -Millbrae Central Bay
Outfall System" between the City of Burlingame and Jenks & Adamson, a corporation,
and the City of Millbrae hereby approves the Agreement.
REGULARLY passed and adopted this 18 day of July, 1972.
