AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH BURLINGAME SHORE LAND
COMPANY, a corporation, AND OTHERS, and TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
WITH BURLINGAME SHORE LAND COMPANY, and OTHERS, DATED MARCH 5,
1968.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER-
MINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execut
of the agreements cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign said agreements for and on behalf of the City of Burlin-
game.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signatures.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burling
California, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
17th day of May, 1971, and adopted thereafter by the following
vote:

NOES: Martin
