HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 028-1971RESOLUTION NO. 28 - 71 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERMIT FROM: CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation TO: THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH COMPANY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETER- MINE as follows: 1. The public interest and convenience require execution and delivery of the Permit referred to above. 2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute and deliver said Permit to the grantee named therein for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame. 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to at- test said signature. 4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are each hereby or -1 dered and instructed to acknowledge their respective signatures before a Notary Public. l I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Cluik Recordation Requested By For Recorder's Use Only CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation, Grantor, hereby grants to THE PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, its successors and assigns, Grantee a Permit to construct, place, inspect, maintain, replace and remove communication facilities consisting of underground conduits, pipes, manholes, service boxes, wires, cables, other electrical conductors, aboveground marker posts, risers and terminals, and other appurtenances, together with a right of way therefor and the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, across, upon, in and under the following described real property in the County of San Mateo , State of California: property. The real property designated Parcel Two and Parcel Three in the deed from Nicholas A. Crisafi and Anna R. Crisafi, to the City of Burlingame, a municipal corporation, dated May 5, 1964, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on May 25, 1964 in Volume 4717 of Official Records, at pages 157, 158 and 159. Said facilities shall be placed within the northwesterly 5 feet of said real This Permit is subject to the following conditions: 1. To repave that portion of the area trenched, to re -stripe wherever necessary and to replace any bumper strips removed. 2. To pay for all damage to the real property improvements and personal property of the City of Burlingame caused by the Telephone Company in constructing and maintaining its facilities. 3. To notify the City Engineer 5 days prior to any work on the installs - tion 4. To remove or readjust the underground facilities within a period of one hundred twenty (120) days upon written notice from the City of Burlingame, in event of any conflict with future buildings or development of the property.
