AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT
FROM: CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation
TO: ANDREW MORROW ENTERPRISES, a corporation
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require executi
and delivery of the Encroachment Permit referred to above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute and deliver said Encroachment Permit to the grantee named
therein for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature.
4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are each hereby
ordered and instructed to acknowledge their respective signatures
before a Notary, Public.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day of May,
1971, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
