RESOLUTION NO. 4 -72
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET
PARKING DISTRICT
(AIR RIGHTS LEASE)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity
require and that it is the intention of said Council to make
changes and modifications in the acquisitions and improvements
approved pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 27-62 adopted
by this Council on May 19, 1962, as follows:
1. Modify the design and layout of Parking Lot C
fronting on the southeasterly side of Donnelly
Avenue and located northeasterly of and adjacent
to the parcel of land at the southeasterly corner
of Primrose Road and Donnelly Avenue in accordance
with the plans and specifications for the parking
structure for the Crocker Financial Center, pre-
pared by William Kubach Associates, Designer, and
Samuel Schultz, Structural Engineer, and approved
by the City, on file in the office of the City
Clerk. Reference is hereby made to said plans and
specifications which indicate the changes proposed
to be made and which shall govern for all details
thereof.
2. Modify the property acquired and improved in said
proceedings to provide for a lease of the airspace
over said Parking Lot C for the term and subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in that cer-
tain form of Lease, Parking Lot Air Space, between
the City of Burlingame, as Lessor, and Pacific
Western Contractors, Inc., as Lessee, on file in
the office of the City Clerk. Reference is hereby
made to said proposed .lease which indicates the
changes proposed to be made and which shall govern
for all details thereof.
Said changes will have no effect on the cost of the
acquisitions and improvements financed in said
proceedings.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 7th day of
February , 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the
regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall,
Burlingame, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where said Council will consider the matter of making said
changes and modifications and hearing all protests and persons
interested therein.
The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be
published once in the Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of
general circulation published in said City and the paper in which
the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was
published, said publication to be at least ten days before said
day of hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting
thereof held on the 17th day of January , 1972, by the
following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Crosby-Johnson-Mangini-
Martin
NOES, Councilmen: None
