HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 023-1971RESOLUTION NO. 23- 71 ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION WASHINGTON PARK GRANDSTAND REHABILITATION JOB NO. 71 - 7 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that: 1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of said City have certified that the work done by LES KELLY, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated February 17, 1971, has been completed in accor- dance with the terms of said contract, and in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 2. Said work is particularly described as laterally bracing the structure and strengthening roof trusses of the grand -1 stand at Washington Park in the City of Burlingame; 3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted. 4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder of San Mateo a Notice of Completion thereof as required by law. I, HERBERT K.
