ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION - CITY SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM (1971-1972
JOB-. NO. 71 - 13
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
said City have certified that the work done by MORRIS M. PEIRA, a
individual doing business under the name and style of U. PEIRA &
SON, under the terms of his contract with the City of Burlingame
dated December 7, 1971, has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications approved by this Council therefor, and t
the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as installation
and construction of approximately 12,000 square feet of sidewalk
replacement, driveway and curb and gutter replacement at
miscellaneous locations throughout the City of Burlingame.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple-
tion thereof as required by law. !%

game, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was intro-

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th
day of June, 1972, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
