AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ISSUANCE OF REVOCABLE
PERMIT TO PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR IN-
STALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF GAS LINE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require issuanc
of the revocable permit cited in the above title.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
sign and issue said permit for and on behalf of the City of Bur-
lingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature.

game, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th
day of June, 1972, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
