HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 033-1972RESOLUTION NO. 33 - 72 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS BURLINGAME AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications in the acquisitions and improvements ap- proved pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 27-62 adopted by this Council on May 19, 1962, as follows: 1. Modify the property acquired and im- proved in said proceedings to provide for the grant of an easement to the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a corporation, for the installation and maintenance of a 1-1/4 inch gas main in Parking Lot K , to be located as shown on Pacific Gas and Electric Company drawing number 4832A, dated April 25, 1972, on file in the of- fice of the City Clerk. Reference is hereby made to said drawing which indi- cates the changes proposed to be made and which shall govern for all details hereof. Said change will have no effect on the cost of the acquisitions and improvements financed in said proceedings. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 5th day of June, 72, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock, P.M., in the regular meeting of said council, Council Chambers, City Hall, Burlingame, ia, are hereby fixed as the time and place when and where Council will consider the matter of making said changes and ications and hearing all protests and persons interested the The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to be once in the Burlingame Advance -Star, a newspaper of circulation published in said City and the paper in which Notice of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was , said publication to be at least ten days before said day -1- of hearing. I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 15th day of May, 1972, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup, Crosby, Cusick, Mangini, Martin.
