WHITE White - City Hall 5Ql Primrose Road Burlingame, CA 9/^1.0 DEED OF DEDICATION STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation, Grantee, that certain piece and parcel of real property situate, lying and being in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: That portion of Lot 9 in Block 1 as shown on that certain map entitled "Supplementary Map to Map No. 1 of the Town of Burlingame, San Mateo County, California", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County on August 10, 1905 in Book "B" of Original Maps at page 28 and copied into Book 3 0£ Maps at page 71, described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of E1 Camino Real, with the southeasterly line of Burlingame Avenue, as shown on said map; thence North 48130'05" East along said southeasterly line, 31.43 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave easterly having a radius of 18.00 feet; thence southwesterly, southerly and Southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 120°24'05" an arc distance of 37.82 feet to said northerly line of E1 Camino Real; thence tangent to said curve, North 71054'00" West along said northerly line, 31.43 feet to the Point of Beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said real property for the purpose of opening, constructing and maintaining portions of public ? streets or highways known as E1 Camino Real and Burlingame Avenue, 4 respectively. This deed of dedication shall bind the -heir, succes- sors and assigns of the grantor. Dated this 10th day of February , 1971.
