HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 032-1972RESOLUTION NO. 32-72 ADOPTING A SYSTEM OF BIKE ROUTE THROUGH THE CITY OF BURLINGAME WHEREAS, bike route information has been studied by the Bikeways Committee, and presented to Council for its review, study and consideration, and WHEREAS, Senate Bill 265, Chapter 1361 enacts the Bicycle Recreation end Safety Act of 1971, which authorizes the establishment of bicycle paths and routes by local entities, and provides for marking and placement of appropriate signs on bicycle paths and routes, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Burlingame: SECTION I: That the bike routes for the City of Burlingame shall be designated as particuLary described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part of this resolution by reference. Mayo I, Herbert K.
