ACCEPTING POLICE STATION ALTERATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager, the Chief Building Inspector, and
the Chief of Police of said City have certified that the work
done by Mayta & Jensen, Inc., a corporation, under the terms of
its contract with the City of Burlingame dated April 23 , 1970,
has been completed in accordance with the terms of said contract,
and in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by this
Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Chief Building
Inspector and of the Chief of Police.
2. Said work is particularly described as remodeling of
communications room at Police Station.
3. Said work be and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The City Manager is directed to execute and file for
record with the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo a
Notice of Completion thereof as required by law.

game, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15t:
day of March, 1971, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
