HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 030-1972RESOLUTION NO. 30_72 ESTABLISHING FEES FOR FILING APPLICATIONS AND FOR INSPECTIONS FOR GRADING, EXCAVATION AND FILLS WHEREAS, Chapter 18.20 of the Burlingame Municipal Code establishes minimum standards and requirements relating to excavation, grading and fills, and WHEREAS, Section 18.20.090 provides that fees shall be established from time to time by resolution, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Burlingame, California: SECTION I: Fees for grading, excavation and fill permits shall be fixed by the building inspector in accordance with the building permit fee schedule based on valuation of the work to be done. Valuation shall be determined as the cost of the excavation, fill, grading, compacting cut and fill materials and the cost of removal and/or construction of pavement, curb, gutter, drainage piping and structures, retaining walls or underground structures and other work related to the grading of the site. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1Sthday of May 1972, and adopted thereafter by the following votes: AYES: Councilmen Amstrup,Crosby, Cusick, Mangini,Martin NOES: Councilmen crone Absent Councilmen: None City Clerk
