ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO BAYSIDE PARK - PHASE I
JOB NO. 71 - 8
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works of
said City have certified that the work done by A. &. J. SHOOTER,
INC., a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the
City of Burlingame dated
, 1971, has
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
by this Council therefore and to the satisfaction of the
of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as grading, storm
drainage, asphalt paving, concrete curbs, lighting, chainlink
fencing, planting and irrigation system.
3. Said work be and the same is hereby accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute and
file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Completion
thereof as required by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a
