RESOLUTION NO. 34 -73
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT
TO PAYING AGENCY AGREEMENT
CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that the "Amendment to Paying Agency Agreement" in
form a copy of which is hereto attached and incorporated herein
by reference, which amendment revises the fees payable to the
Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association under the
original Paying Agency Agreement entered into on June 21, 1968,
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
said amendment, in duplicate, and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest his signature and to affix the corporate seal of the
City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly adopted and passed by the City
Council of the City of Burlingame, California, at a meeting thereof
held on the nth day of May , 1973, by the following
vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmen: Amstrup, Crosby, Cusick, Martin
