RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO PURCHASE SURPLUS STATE LAND
that:
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 54220
et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California, the
Department of Transportation of the State of California has
offered to sell to the City a 3.315 acre parcel of surplus
property located at Trousdale Drive and Skyline Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, it is the determination of this City Council
that it is in the interests of the people of the City of
Burlingame that said property be acquired for park, recreation
and open space purposes;
that:
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered and determined
1. This City Council hereby expresses its intention
to purchase said property as provided in Section 54223 of the
Government Code.
2. The City Clerk shall transmit a certified copy
of this Resolution to the Department of Transportation of the
State of California.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
18th day of November , 1974, and adopted thereafter by
