AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 TO MASTER AGREEMENT BE-
TWEEN THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACTING
BY AND THROUGH THE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLI
WORKS
PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY TOPICS IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require
execution of Supplement no. 2 of the Master Agree-
ment dated April 5, 1971, and cited in the title
above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to sign said Agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed
to attest said signature.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, do hereby certify that the fore-
going resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 6th day of March, 1972, and adopted there-
after by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: AMSTRUP, CROSBY, JOHNSON, MANGINI, MARTIN
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE
