ACCEPTING FIRE STATION NO
JOB NO. 75-2

1 RESURFACING
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certi.--
fied that the work done by ANZA ENGINEERING COMPANY, under the
terms of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated September
15, 1975, has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by this Council therefor, and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as concrete
resurfacing at Fire Station No. 1.
3. Said work be,
and the
same is
hereby accepted.
4. The Director
of Public
Works
is directed to execute
end file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of
hereof as required by law.
I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
to hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at
i regular meeting of the City Council held on the 1st day of
