ACCEPTING
EL CAMINO REAL BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT
JOB NO. 74-7
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified
that the work done by ASPHALT PAVING COMPANY, under the terms
of its contract with the City of Burlingame dated August 20, 1974
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of
the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as site grading
and asphalt paving of El Camino Real between Highway Road and
Dufferin Avenue.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple-
tion thereof as required by law.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 4th
day of November 1974, and adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
