STATE PERSONNEL BOARD AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Burlingame
enter into an agreement with the State Personnel Board in
performing the services incident to preparation of job
analyses, class specifications and allocations as set forth
in the agreement hereto attached, made a part hereof, and
incorporated as if the same were fully set forth herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that that the City Manager be,
and he is hereby authorized, for and one behalf of the City
of Burlingame and the City Council to execute the said agree-
ment.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 7th day of February f
1972, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Amstrup, Crosby, Johnson, Mangini, Martin
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
