ACCEPTING EMERGENCY WATER IMPROVEMENTS
JOB NO. 75 - 6
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has
certified that the work done by UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
a corporation, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated June 2, 1975, has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications approved by this Council there-
for, and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as emergency
water transmission line improvements (Job No. 75 - 6) of Bayshore
Freeway crossings in the City's water system.

The Director
of Public
Works is directed to
execute and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of
Completion thereof as required by law.
HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame,
does hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
October, 1975, and adopted thereafter by the following vote:
