ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1976
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, that
the Capital Improvement Budget requirements of the City of
'Burlingame, as detailed in the copy of documents on file in the
office of the City Clerk, and said Capital Improvement Budget be
land the same are hereby adopted for the City of Burlingame for
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976.
Herbert K. White, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, does
11hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced and
ladopted at a regular meeting of the City Council, held on the
15th day of September, 1975, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Amstrup-Crosby-Cusack-Harrison-Mangini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

Subject: 1975"Capital Improvement Budget
In accordance with actions by City Council at the Study
Session last night, and per your direction of this morning,
I submit herewith proposed draft of Resolution and Adopted
Capital Improvement Budget for ratification of City Council
at the regular meeting of September 15, 1975.
As I understand Council's intent, all dollar amounts
are approved as previously amended from your Proposed Budget,
with some temporary delay in spending on Park Yard and/or
Police Station projects, pending further information as to
feasibility of Combined Corporation Yard and additional
information on space requirements/costs of Police Station.
