ACCEPTING BROADWAY WIDENING
SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TO ROLLINS ROAD
SOB NO. 72-5
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said City have certified that the work done by THE LOWRIE
PAVING COMPANY, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its
contract with the City of Burlingame dated October 11 , 1972,
has been completed in accordance with the plans and specification
approved by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as the removal
and replacement of approximately 350 linear feet of curb and
gutter, 3,850 square feet of asphalt concrete pavement, traffic
signal and light relocation, and appurtenant work.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to
execute and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice
of Completion thereof as required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of February, 1973, and adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
