AWARDING CONTRACT
FIRE STATION NO. 1 - CONCRETE RESURFACING
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the concrete resurfacing of Fire Station No. 1; and
WHEREAS, on September 10, 1975, all bids received were
opened before the Deputy City Clerk and the Director of Public
Works; and
WHEREAS, ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION submitted the
lowest bid for doing said work, including three alternate bids,
for the sum of $22,337.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY
JORDERED, that the bid of ANZA ENGINEERING CORPORATION, for the
sum of $22,337.00 be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered
into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and
the City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and
that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized for and
on behalf_ of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract and
to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and materials
bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

does hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced
Iat a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 15th day of
