ACCEPTING
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROGRAM - 1973-1974
Job No. 73-13
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and it does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE that:
1. The City Manager and the Director of Public Works
of said City have certified that the work done by ANDERO
CONSTRUCTION, INC., a corporation, under the terms of its contract
with the City of Burlingame dated December 4, 1973, has been com-
pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications approved
by this Council therefor, and to the satisfaction of the Director
of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as approximately
7,500 square feet of sidewalk replacement, driveway, curb and
gutter replacement at miscellaneous locations throughout the City
of Burlingame.
3. Said work be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
4. The Director of Public Works is directed to execute
and file for record with the County Recorder a Notice of Comple-
tion thereof as required by law.
