AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED
FROM: CITY OF BURLINGAME, a municipal corporation
TO: RONALD L. MARLIN and GAIL G. MARLIN, his wife
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER AND DETERMINE
as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion and delivery of the Grant Deed referred to above.
2. The City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute and deliver said Grant Deed to the grantee named
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest said signature.
4. The City Manager and the City Clerk are each hereby
ordered and instructed to acknowledge their respective signatures
before a Notary Public.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
17th day of June, 1974, and adopted thereafter by the following
