RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 7 5
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION.OF SANITARY SEWER
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BURLINGA_E HILLS
SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND:THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME:
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Burlingame, California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER
AND DETERMINE as follows:
1. The public interest and convenience require execu-
tion of the agreement cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
day of July , 1975, and adopted thereafter

RESOLUTION NO. 5186
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME AND THE BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State
of California, that
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that an agreement be entered
into between the CITY OF BURLINGAME and the BURLINGAME HILLS SEWER MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement providing therefor has been presented to
this.Board of Supervisors:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED XLM ORDERED that the Chairman
of this Board of Supervisors be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said agreement with the City of Burlingame for and on behalf of the
Burlingame Hills Sewer Maintenance District, and the signature of the Clerk
of this Board shall attest thereto.
