A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT
THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF
THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
ADOPT THE FINAL REPORT FOR
THE SAN MATEO WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
CITY OF BURLINGAME
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that
WHEREAS, the sewering agencies in the County of San
Mateo, in conjunction with the County of San Mateo and the Steer-
ing Committee appointed for the purpose, have caused a Final Report
for the San Mateo County Water Quality Management Program to be
(prepared;
WHEREAS, said Final Report is intended to be of assist-
ance to the Board of Supervisors and to the members of the govern-
ing bodies of each participating agency in the County as a part of
the effort to plan and implement a water quality management pro-
gram for the County which best meets the needs for adequate protec•
tion and enhancement of the water environment in the County; and
WHEREAS, this Council has caused the Final Report to be
reviewed and has determined that the public interest and necessity
will be served by accepting the recommendations contained in the
report affecting the City of Burlingame;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Burlingame hereby recommends that the County of San
Mateo adopt and approve the Final Report for the San Mateo Water
Quality Management Program as said report affects this City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he
is hereby, ordered and directed to forward a certified copy of
this Resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Mateo.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
7th day of January , 1974, and adopted thereafter
by the following vote:
