AWARDING CONTRACT
ROOF REPAIRS - WASHINGTON PARK GRANDSTAND
AND FIRE STATION NO. 1 BUILDING
Whereas, the City Council has authorized an invitation
for bids for the repair of roofs at Washington Park Grandstand
and Fire Station No. 1 Building; and
Whereas, on April 30, 1975, all bids received were
opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works;
and
Whereas, ADAMS ROOFING submitted the lowest bid for
doing said work, including three alternate bids, for the sum of
$7,536.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY
ORDERED, that the bid of ADAMS ROOFING, for the sum of $7,536.00
be, and the same is hereby, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a contract be entered
into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and
the City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and
that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized for and
on behalf of the City of Burlingame to execute said contract,
and to approve the faithful performance bond and labor and
materials bond required to be furnished by the contractor.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the

ing vote;
