AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELEASE AND DIS-
MISSAL WITH PREJUDICE IN FAVOR OF ROCKWELL
INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, NEPTUNE INTER-
NATIONAL, INC., AND BADGER ?TER, INC.,
(ACTION NO. C-50949 IN THE UNITED STATES
DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT
OF CALIFORNIA) IN CONNECTION WITH WATER
METER ANTITRUST CASE
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINEI
as follows:
1. That the public interest and convenience require
execution of the release and dismissal with prejudice cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
sign said release and dismissal with prejudice for and on behalf
of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to
attest such signature.
