RESOLUTION NO. 96-4t
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING SURVEY AREA
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, as follows:
1. That this Council hereby finds and determines that the
area hereinafter described requires study to determine if a redev-
elopment project or projects within said area are feasible.
2. That the area hereinafter described is hereby designated
as a survey area for the purpose of making such a study.
3. That the boundaries of the area so designated are set
forth on the map hereto attached as Exhibit "A" and herein incor-
porated by reference.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
of Burlingame, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 20 day of December, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Amstrup-Crosby
Harrison, Mangini, Martin
NOES, Councilmembers: None
ABSENT, Councilmembers: None
