RESOLUTION NO. §4-76
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
REGARDING FEASIBILITY STUDY AND
DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame,
California, that that certain Agreement Regarding Feasibility
Study and Draft Environmental Impact Report, copies of which Agree-
ment have heretofore been presented to this Council be, and is
hereby, approved and that the Mayor be, and is hereby, authorized
to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk
be, and is hereby, authorized to attest to said signature and to
affix thereto the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
of Burlingame, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 20thday of December, 1976, by the following vote:
AYES, and in favor thereof, Councilmembers: Amstrup-Crosby
Harrison, Mangini, Martin
NOES, Councilmembers: None
ABSENT, Councilmembers: None
