RESOLUTION DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO
EXECUTE DOCUMENTS FOR OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
UNDER FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1950
BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, that
the following named individuals are hereby authorized to execute for and in
behalf of the CITY OF BURLINGAME, a public entity established under the laws
of the State of California, applications and documents for the purpose of
obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950,
as amended (Public Law 920, 81st Congress, 50 U.S.C. 2251-2297).
